Explorer, Rogue Scientist

When I’m not pushing pixels around or pushing ink onto watercolor paper, you’ll find me covered in mud and scrapes plowing my way through the wild. I’ve always had an insatiable appetite for the outdoors. I draw most of my inspiration from nature. I kick over rotten logs and climb trees seeking out all the creepy crawlies. I’m fascinated with the natural world. I love the hot, the cold, the wet, the wind. I marvel at a fire and our near mastery of it. Nature makes me feel small and ignorant in the most profound and wondrous of ways. There’s an endless supply of discovery out there and I want to see it all.

Days spent indoors are often spent daydreaming with pen in hand. This is when I create. I’ve been lucky enough to find an audience for my handcraft and for that, I feel extraordinarily lucky.

I’ve had the honor of gracing the covers of magazines and periodicals all over the world. I’ve worked for Wired Magazine, Marvel Comics, Heavy Metal Magazine and LA Weekly.

I’ve been invited to exhibit in galleries From LA ( mostly LA <3 ) to Paris, From Toronto To London.

I’ve been given unbelievable opportunities to work with incredibly talented models and exhibit with some of the greatest artists of our time.
